Roche Care is as individual as the people we care for. We’ll visit you at home to chat through your needs and wants and will develop a care programme that works for you and your family. It is important to us to build a personal relationship with both you and your family as well as social workers and any other healthcare professionals involved with your care to ensure your emotional, practical and medical needs are all met.
Where practically possible we will ensure continuity of care so will strive to use the same carer or team of carers and your wishes and choices will be considered at all times.
Our assistance is totally flexible and can range from a few hours a week to several hours a day including all aspects of personal, social and practical care. We specialise in looking after older people who may have a physical or sensory illness, a mild/moderate learning disability, dementia and all aspects of EMI (elderly mental illness).
