We are recruiting a Clinical Lead Registered to join our fantastic team at Fieldhead court. As a Registered Nurse you will be enthusiastic and caring, dedicated and passionate and have a valid NMC Pin.

The team are dedicated to providing a happy and safe home, with the emphasis on sociable and relaxed atmosphere where all residents can live in comfort in a home-from-home environment. The Home provides long-stay and short-stay nursing care for general nursing, rehabilitation, and end of life care for adults of all ages. The home has been long established in the local community and has excellent links with the GP practice.

Rate: from £18.00 per hour

The position is 36 hours a week, day duty

The key responsibilities of our clinical Lead include: 

  • To be able to work independently
  • To be committed to expanding his/her expertise and professional development
  • To provide leadership to the nursing team and be responsible in the planning, provision and evaluation of a high standard of care
  • To be able to communicate at appropriate levels with all residents, relatives, staff, other professionals and outside agencies involved in the care of the clients
  • Be able to demonstrate a high standard of inter-personal skills and communication, good leadership qualities including delegation and the co-ordination of teams within the home.
  • To be an effective team leader and role model.

 

You must hold a valid NMC PIN

The team at Fieldhead Park are dedicated to providing a happy and safe home, with the emphasis on sociable and relaxed atmosphere where all residents can enjoy home cooked meals using fresh ingredients. The home is rated Good with CQC and provides long-stay and short-stay nursing care for general nursing, rehabilitation, and end of life care for adults of all ages.

Rate: £10.19 per hour

The position is 42 hours a week – day hours

The key responsibilities of our Head Chef include: 

  • To be able to work independently
  • To deliver a nutritious menu, using fresh food, that meets to needs of our residents
  • To be able to communicate at appropriate levels with all residents, relatives, staff, other professionals and suppliers
  • Be able to demonstrate a high standard of inter-personal skills and communication, good leadership qualities including delegation and the co-ordination of the catering team.
  • To be an effective role model.

The Home is rated ‘Good’ with the Care Quality Commission and provides long-stay and short-stay nursing and residential care for general, dementia, rehabilitation, and end of life care for adults of all ages. The home has been long established in the local community and has excellent links with the GP practice.

Rate: from £8.91 per hour plus night allowance
