Hi, I’m Chris Denton the learning and development Manager for Roche Healthcare, and Centre Manager for Roche Training Solutions. I have 20 years experience in Health and Social Care for the elderly and pride myself upon being a graduate of the system I now run. Through training I have developed my skills to enable me to reach this position. I have an NVQ Level 4; Assessors Award and Internal Verification status.

During 2006 Roche Healthcare gained recognition as an NVQ assessment centre and Roche Training Solutions was born. We have full accreditation status with the external awarding body and are proud to say that the NVQ qualifications we deliver are to an exceptionally high standard.

We recognize residents and their family need to feel confident that staff have the right skills and knowledge. The training programmes we provide and support enable staff to carry out their job competently and professionally. Training and continuous staff development is crucial to improving the level of service we provide.
