Patrick Roche – Director

Patrick Roche qualified as a pharmacist over 30 years ago from Sunderland University. In 1986 Patrick co-built a pharmaceutical chain of 38 pharmacies named Medimart Limited that was sold in 1995.In 1995 Patrick started Roche Healthcare Ltd. with one home. Since then the company has expanded and now has six care homes for the elderly, a training centre for nursing and care staff and a domiciliary care unit for care in the community.

Maria Kelly  – Quality Manager

Maria Kelly is a Qualified Registered Nurse and has been for over 25 years.  Maria joined Roche in 2002 as Quality Manager although she had previously had hands-on experience in two of our homes as Home Manager – Fieldhead Park and Fieldhead Court.  It is Maria’s role to ensure all Quality Assurance and Compliance with Standards and Regulations are met and exceeded across Roche Healthcare, as well as providing a real commitment to offering the best possible standards of care.

Paul Robinson – Operation Manager

Paul Robinson has over 20 years of experience in the care home sector, at all levels of support services. Paul Joined Roche Healthcare in 1997 after the company purchased the home he had been General Manager at. As the company grew, Paul was awarded the role as Commercial Manager for all the homes because of his extensive skill set across a wide range of services. It is Paul’s role to ensure managers and staff have the resources that meet the high standards of care and comfort demanded by Roche Healthcare for the comfort, dignity and safety of our residents

Steve Hare – Finance Manager

Steve is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has worked for Roche since 2011. He is also Managing Director for a sister company specialising in care for people with Learning Disabilities, Behaviours that Challenge and Autistic Spectrum Disorders. Previously Steve has been a General manager for a small group of homes for Learning and Mental Health Disabilities. Financial Controller for BUPA. Director of Finance for a Charity Group supported Older people. Steve was a keen Rugby Player in the past.

Diane Waters – Home Care Manager

Diane has been with Roche care since 2011. Her previous experience has been 30 years working in the care sector mainly with Kirklees social services. Diane has managed many council run residential homes and day care centres.  The last 10 years with the council was in the the Domiciliary  care sector. Diane is a registered Manager and obtained her Level 4 in Health and Social Care in 2004.
