I’m also keenly aware that I am working with individuals who all have their own likes and dislikes. With residents new and old I make time to stop and chat because that’s an informal way of finding out more about them.
As far as is practically possible residents have freedom of choice to come and go as they want. We have open visiting hours and the home has a wide variety of places to sit. All the homes in the group have attractive lounges and most of the homes have a conservatory. Residents are also quite free to sit in their own room if they wish.
| What are Roche homes like? Each home is set in its own beautiful grounds, with facilities to cater for all of your needs. Offering security and a friendly atmosphere, it is Roche Healthcare’s aim to offer the highest standards possible. |
How do residents feel? Residents feel safe in the knowledge that they live in comfort and friendly surroundings. The well-being of residents is of the utmost importance to us and every effort is made to ensure that residents are happy and safe in the knowledge that someone will always be there for them. |
Why choose a Roche home? We are certain that our homes will meet your standards. However, the best way to assess our facilities, management and atmosphere, is to visit one of our homes and experience the warmth of the Roche Healthcare staff and environment. It is important to us that you feel comfortable and confident in our abilities to care for your loved ones |
